How high do I hang a dartboard on the wall?

In a regulation dart tournament, how high is a dartboard hung on the wall?

    you should hang it right as high as it is to your face. so if you look strait you will see it. its better for shooting like that

    The offical dart rules state that the dartboard should be mounted 5 ' 8" inches from the floor to the center (bulls eye) of the dart board.
